Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the prk365 website accessible at https://prk365.org, including all sub-pages, game lobbies, sportsbook sections, account dashboards, and any mobile-optimised interfaces thereof.
• "prk365," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the Platform, licensed under an international gaming licence to provide online casino and sports betting services.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether as a registered account holder or as a guest visitor.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform following successful completion of the registration and identity verification process.
• "Funds" means Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or any other accepted currency or digital asset credited to a Player's Account balance.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback offer, or other incentive made available to Players by prk365 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under the Platform's licensing obligations, including submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC and supporting documents.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, depositing Funds, or placing any wager on prk365, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the prk365 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting prk365 customer support.

prk365 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via the email address registered to their Account no fewer than seven (7) calendar days prior to taking effect.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of the prk365 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which an Account remains active:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. prk365 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all forms of gambling activity on the Platform, consistent with responsible gaming standards applied under the Platform's international gaming licence.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law as it pertains to your personal circumstances.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other person.
4. You have not previously had an Account on the Platform suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of prk365 or any of its affiliated game providers.

Where prk365 discovers or reasonably suspects that a Player has misrepresented their age or eligibility, prk365 shall be entitled to immediately suspend the Account, withhold any balance pending investigation, and permanently close the Account without obligation to return any Funds deposited during any period of misrepresentation.

Account Registration & Security

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the prk365 Platform only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Funds therein.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your registered Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. prk365 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify prk365 immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

prk365 reserves the right to refuse Account registration or to close an existing Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation of eligibility, or use of the Platform in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

Deposits & Payment Methods

prk365 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT (cryptocurrency). Additional payment methods may be introduced from time to time at prk365's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount on the prk365 Platform is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by prk365, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Players are responsible for understanding the limits applicable to their chosen payment method.

All deposits are processed in real time or near-real time depending on the payment provider. prk365 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges for which prk365 bears no responsibility.

• Funds deposited to your prk365 Account may only be used for wagering on the Platform. They may not be transferred to other players or used for any purpose outside the scope of gaming activity.
• prk365 does not accept deposits from credit cards issued in the name of a third party. All deposit payment instruments must be registered in the Player's own name and must match the identity documents submitted for KYC verification.
• prk365 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of deposited funds where transaction patterns indicate unusual activity, consistent with our obligations under the Platform's international licensing framework.
• Deposits made using JazzCash or EasyPaisa mobile wallets are credited to your prk365 Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available Account balances at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied at the time of the withdrawal request:

1. The Player's Account has completed KYC verification, including submission and approval of a valid CNIC and any additional documents requested by prk365.
2. The Player has fulfilled any applicable Wagering Requirements associated with bonus funds credited to their Account.
3. The withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold of Rs 500.
4. The withdrawal is being made to a payment instrument registered in the Player's own name, consistent with the instrument used for the most recent deposit where possible.

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified prk365 Accounts to JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallets are ordinarily processed within one (1) to two (2) hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedules.

prk365 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly larger than the Player's typical transaction pattern. Such checks will be completed within a reasonable timeframe, and the Player will be notified of any documentation required.

Bonuses & Promotions

prk365 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL season promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the following general provisions.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money.
• Unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise, standard Wagering Requirements on prk365 bonuses are 30x the bonus amount. Players should review individual promotion pages for the exact requirement applicable to each offer.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Any Player found to be exploiting bonus mechanics through matched betting, use of multiple Accounts, or any other systematic strategy designed to extract value from promotions without genuine gaming intent will have their bonus balance forfeited and their Account reviewed.
• prk365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's Account at the time of such modification will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or converted to cash prior to fulfilment of the applicable Wagering Requirement.

Casino Games & Sports Betting Rules

All casino games available on the prk365 Platform, including slot games, live dealer tables, specialty games such as Super Keno and Butterfly Blossom, and any other game titles, operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are supplied by regulated live studio providers. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness.

Specific rules governing each casino game, including return-to-player (RTP) percentages, minimum and maximum bet limits, and game-specific mechanics, are available within each game's interface. Players are responsible for reviewing these rules prior to placing wagers.

With respect to sports betting on the prk365 sportsbook:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Player. prk365 reserves the right to void bets placed at materially incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or data feed failure.
• In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise not completed within a period specified in the applicable sports betting rules, bets will be settled in accordance with prk365's standard event suspension and cancellation policy, as communicated in the sportsbook rules section.
• Cricket and PSL betting markets operate subject to the Laws of Cricket as administered by the ICC and PSL governing bodies respectively. Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the prk365 Platform. Any breach of this Article constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during Account registration or KYC verification, including misrepresentation of age or identity.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose, including depositing and withdrawing funds without meaningful wagering activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of a known or unknown technical error will be voided.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Colluding with other Players in any live dealer game, poker variant, or any other game in which collusion could confer an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes with your payment provider in bad faith, including after receiving legitimate gaming services from prk365.
• Sharing Account login credentials with any third party, or allowing any third party to operate your Account on your behalf.

Responsible Gaming

Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable recreational activity. prk365 strongly encourages all Players to gamble responsibly, within their financial means, and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within their Account settings.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all prk365 Account holders at no charge and without restriction:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to six months. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be used for any gaming activity.

Intellectual Property

All content on the prk365 Platform, including but not limited to the prk365 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and any other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of prk365 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational gambling purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of prk365.
• Using the prk365 name, logo, or branding in any commercial context or in any manner that implies an endorsement or affiliation not sanctioned by prk365.
• Scraping, crawling, or otherwise extracting data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of prk365 intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, prk365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

prk365's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

prk365 does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure basis at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows, third-party payment provider outages, and force majeure events may affect Platform availability from time to time.

Amendments to Terms

prk365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantively affects Players' rights or obligations — prk365 will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' notice of the change via email to the address registered to each affected Account.

Non-material amendments, such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law or licensing conditions, may take effect immediately upon publication to the Platform without prior notice.

The version of the Terms and Conditions displayed on the Platform at any given time constitutes the current, binding version. Players who do not accept an amendment must close their Account prior to the amendment's effective date.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which prk365 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and prk365, the Player is encouraged to contact the prk365 customer support team in the first instance via live chat, providing full details of the dispute. prk365 will endeavour to resolve all disputes informally and in good faith within ten (10) business days of receiving full particulars of the complaint.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution process established under prk365's international gaming licence. The decisions of the relevant dispute resolution body shall be binding on both parties.
